Applications for both The Village and Kegley, Quillen, and Williams are now available online!
Every member of your suite must submit an application to be considered. Please read the following information carefully and let me know if you have any questions.
Village Applications – To apply to Milligan Village, you must meet the following criteria:
- Rising Junior or Senior – Junior or senior is determined by the number of credit hours that will be completed by the end of the Spring 2024 semester. Juniors must have 58 hours completed, and seniors must have 92 hours.
- Applications will be separated into three tiers, and suites will be drawn at random from the tiers.
- 5 Seniors – chosen first
- 4 Seniors, 1 Junior – chosen second
- 3 Seniors, 2 Juniors – chosen third
- 0-2 Seniors, 3-5 Juniors – chosen forth
- Applications will be separated into three tiers, and suites will be drawn at random from the tiers.
- Any prior academic or social violations will be considered. Applicants must not have received a school-instituted suspension for any reason in the last 12 months.
- Applicants are expected to live in the Village both semesters. If a roommate is to be gone a semester (due to graduation, study abroad, etc.), it is the suite’s responsibility to find a replacement to be approved by Student Development. If a replacement is not found, a roommate may be assigned to you, or the entire suite may be relocated.
- All applicants must have lived on campus for at least a year and must currently live on campus. The only exception to this is students who are currently studying abroad.
- The cost of the Village for the 24-25 school year is $7,550 which includes a modified meal plan of 75 meals a semester. There is no exemption from this meal plan.
- Applications are due Wednesday, March 20.
Kegley, Quillen, Williams & MSA Applications – to apply to KQW or MSA, you must meet the following criteria:
- Rising sophomores and older. Applicants must have completed 26 academic hours by the end of the Spring 2024 semester.
- Groups will be ranked by total number of academic hours of the suite and placed most hours to least.
- Any prior academic or social violations will be considered. Applicants must not have received a school-instituted suspension for any reason in the last 12 months.
- Applicants are expected to live in Kegley, Quillen, Williams or MSA both semesters. If a roommate is to be gone a semester (due to graduation, study abroad, etc.), it is the suite’s responsibility to find a replacement to be approved by Student Development. If a replacement is not found, a roommate may be assigned to you, or the entire suite may be relocated.
- All applicants must have lived on campus for at least one semester.
- The cost of KQW for the 24-25 school year, including the meal plan, is $9,500. All suites contain four single rooms with the exception of two suites in each building which have two single rooms and one double room. These suites will be assigned to the groups lowest in seniority. Students living in the double rooms will be charged a reduced rate of $9,100 for the year.
- The Cost of MSA for the 24-25 school year is $6,350 which includes a modified meal plan of 75 meals a semester. There is no exemption from this meal plan. Please reach out for details for the cost of living in MSA with the full meal plan.
- Applications are due Wednesday, March 27.
Please keep in mind that there will not be a Webb Hall housing lottery this year as returning male students are expected to apply with a suite to either the Milligan Village or KQW/MSA. Male students who do not apply to one of these housing options will be assigned a suite in these buildings at random.
*Final discretion concerning housing assignments is the responsibility of the Student development office and housing requirements may be adjusted to meet the needs of the student population from time to time.
Housing lottery for Hart and Sutton will take place on Tuesday, April 9th. More information on this will be made available as we get closer to April 9th.
