Relationships, Sadness, Anxiety/Stress, and Relaxation

The Therapy Group will focus on Wellness in the areas of: Relationships, Sadness, Anxiety/Stress, and Relaxation. This open group will start FEBRUARY 18th and break during the Spring Break. It will resume after the break on MARCH 17th and run until APRIL 7th . The group will be led by Montgomery Allgood and Kalvin Cummings. It will meet TUESDAYS at 11:00am in the Taylor-Phillips House.


The Group will help participants identify challenges associated with the topic each week. Together, we will prioritize areas of wellness and introduce self-care strategies. It is important to maintain positive Mental Health. We hope to see you there.
