The cafeteria will serve a special menu from April 4 to April 8.
Monday, April 4, lunch: Alabama chicken, cheese ravioli and baked potato bar. Dinner: carved roast beef, shrimp carbonara, grilled turkey burgers and breakfast bar.
Tuesday, April 5, lunch: Monte Cristo, Swedish meatballs with egg noodles and sizzling salad bar. Dinner: carved pit ham, ham egg and cheese burgers, sesame chicken with veggie rice and pizza bar.
Wednesday, April 6, lunch: baked fish, Brunswick stew and Asian noodle bar. Dinner: carved BRT pork, Moe’s chicken bowl, spicy sausage link and pizza bar.
Thursday, April 7, lunch: open faced Hawaiian ham and cheese, Caribbean jerk and omelet bar. Dinner: cordon bleu, A1 steak burger, fried ravioli and crepe bar.
Friday, April 8, lunch: hamburger steak, sausage and sour kraut and fiesta Friday bar. Dinner: carved turkey roast, chicken stir fry, nacho grande bake and pasta bowls.
