Sydney Franklin photo exhibit

Sydney Franklin’s senior minor-photography exhibit, “City of Constructed Colors,” will be on display at the Johnson City Public Library on Friday, May 2, from 5-6 p.m. Her show features a small collection of photographs of downtown Johnson City.
