Milligan’s Art Brown debuts art exhibit on Friday

Art Brown, Milligan’s creative services coordinator and adjunct instructor of communications, will debut his MFA thesis “Points of Contention: Oddities, Delicacies & Monstrosities” on Friday, Sept. 5, with a reception from 5-8 p.m. at the Tipton Gallery, 126 Spring Street in Johnson City.
